Club)
L’Escale program of London’s French Community Centre is now
offering French Immersion students of London between the ages of 5
and 11 a learning support program that sparks interest and motivation in their
studies. This is a personal
learning session of no more than three students per tutor for two hours
a day after school (in your child’s school). Our service gives children a chance
to improve their learning skills by helping them complete their daily
homework as well as assist them in any other areas of weakness. The tutors will determine with the
teachers and parents a personalized homework program in one or
several French subjects such as mathematics, science, and/or social
studies.
This
program has been running successfully for three years in London’s four French
first-language schools. L’Escale is now looking to offer support to French
Immersion students with an encouraging, skilled and devoted
staff.
COST: 15
$ per day (current rate)
